Morning friends! I'm actually posting during normal business hours today! I wanted to talk about fun door colors today! I love a pretty pop of color on a front door. Granted, I have a very taupe home with a wooden door but it doesn't mean I don't like colors. Next house, I promise! (And, no I'm not selling. Each time I post something my phone or email have a message asking if I'm selling and not telling-ha! Well, I'm not yet, if I find something I will!) But let's talk about some fun colors! First off,

I was thrilled to be asked to help with this kitchen. This space belongs to one of my nearest and dearest friends. We have been in one another's wedding, we were there for one another when we both had our children and now she helps me to do a lot of marketing. She has alway supported me whole heartedly in my career. So needless to say, making this space amazing for her was very important to me. I helped her and her husband buy this house. It was a little bit of a fixer upper. But

Morning friends! Hope y'all had a great Super Bowl weekend. Did you go over the top with food? We did big time. The gym yesterday hurt so badly! And, today, I'm going to push myself and go to my friends Barre class. I've got to get back in shape! Anyway, let's talk about some prettiness this week. I put this photo on instagram the other day because first off, it's gorgeous, but secondly, I'm working on a kitchen renovation and we have some similarities in the design. My client ordered this exact hood, we are using brass hardware and the cabinets are

Hi friends! Sorry for the late post. But, happy Tuesday! I hope y'all had a great weekend! I enjoyed another laid back weekend with my family. We got the house in order, de-cluttered and knocked on some serious DIY stuff. And how about the groundhog today? Can we get a yay for early Spring! I am ready for some warm weather, aren't y'all? On that note let's get to the good stuff and show you some of my favorites from this week. This kitchen is so clean and simple and I LOVE the doors! Transitional Kitchen by

Morning friends! I'm excited to show you this before and after of a den project I worked on. This client is so cute and so fun, I had a blast redoing their living room space. I have to preface that I don't think these photos do this space justice. It's so much more beautiful in person. The windows let in so much light and the views from their living room are just amazing! So let's start from the beginning, that's always a good place to begin. ;-) So, I'm horrible at taking before pictures. Well, actually

Morning friends! Wow, I feel that I haven't written one of these in a long time. The holidays and work at the end of last year seemed so much more chaotic then they have in past years. It was wonderful and my 2016 is off to a great start as well so no complaints. Just lots of projects and inspiration to go with them! So, you know the routine, let's jump into it! The architectural details of this home are just beautiful! Mediterranean Exterior by Tampa Architects & Building Designers Hittmeier Design Consultants This bedroom is so serene and welcoming! I

One of the 'must see' areas of downtown Charleston is the Battery. In fact, if you're planning a trip here, stop by a cute cafe, grab a lunch and take it to the Battery for a sweet picnic. You'll be surrounded by one of the most breathtaking views Charleston has to offer - a taste of history mixed with beautiful South of Broad homes and the calming Ashley River. Simply enjoy it! And, as you look and walk around, you just might spot the charming Colonel James English House, circa 1760; "a quintessential example of Downtown Charleston southern charm." I'm so

OK, we know how much I adore downtown Charleston. Every time I look at one of our William Means homes for sale it brings back memories of our Queen Street property. Old historic homes like The Charles Seignious House at 45 Hassell Street is definitely worth mentioning. I love how this historic property (circa 1851) has been transformed into a modern living space inside. My favorite features - A-MAZING view of downtown, stunning kitchen with the best upgrades ever, open living space, a private courtyard and multiple side porches. But, enough talking
