Morning friends!

I’m excited to show you this before and after of a den project I worked on. This client is so cute and so fun, I had a blast redoing their living room space. I have to preface that I don’t think these photos do this space justice. It’s so much more beautiful in person. The windows let in so much light and the views from their living room are just amazing!

So let’s start from the beginning, that’s always a good place to begin. πŸ˜‰

So, I’m horrible at taking before pictures. Well, actually I took one, but cannot find it! So, here’s an almost before. This is the room after we painted it.

The goals were to refresh, update and provide plenty of seating for guests.

I toyed with the idea of a sectional but the shape of this rectangular room just called for two sofas. We went back and forth but eventually chose two sofas facing one another and I had the chairs re-upholstered in a light blue zebra fabric.

I knew once I saw this coffee table that it was the one! The shape was perfect, the size and it had a nice mix of wood and mirror.

This fabric was a fun find! It’s Braemore Konya in Scarlett. It had the right colors and a fun print as well.

This Worlds Away chandelier was love at first sight. It was so fun to add a little glam to this eat in kitchen space.

I just found this post on Insta! The fabric caught my eye. I love Braemore fabrics and that coral is so bright and cheerful. I love the color scheme. I’m seriously thinking about painting my family room/kitchen blue so this was fun to see. Do you mind sharing the paint color? Thanks πŸ™‚

Great job!!! So bright & cheerful!

This is VERY random, but if anyone reading this loves the Scarlett Braemore Konya fabric, I have a brand new custom (King-size) duvet made with with that exact fabric that I’d like to sell. After having it made, we decided to go in a different direction in our bedroom. The duvet was never used. I’m asking $125 + shipping, which is less than the cost of the workroom alone!

Shoot me an email at herrije at yahoo dot com if interested. Thanks! Jennifer

This feels fresh but still warm, which is not always an easy balance to strike. Bravo!! Beautiful job, as always.

So pretty! I love the sofas and the arms remind me of my sectional. The same two rows of studs which is a detail I adore.
