Morning friends! It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to sit down in front of my laptop and get to doing blog stuff. I’m excited to be writing again with my Top 10 and I also have a nice little post for y’all tomorrow about some renovating stuff!

I’ve been finishing a renovation that have included gutting a kitchen, a bathroom and decorating the master bedroom and living space. I’ve given sneak peeks and cannot wait to share the finished spaces once they’re professionally photographed!

During all of this, I’ve been scouring the internet for inspiration for these projects and I wanted to share some beautiful work that crossed my laptop screen.

I’m still working on finishing the dining room and looking for a piece if furniture that will bring in the wow factor and I have to say, this piece, wowed me!

This kitchen is all kinds of charming! I love the coziness of it!

I wish I had a pool house and that it looked exactly like this.

This beautiful living room is very inviting. I love the neutrals, pops of green with the plants and the beams.

And, one day when the kids are grown and gone, I want to downsize to a tiny charming cottage where my husband and I have adorable beach cruisers parked out front.

So, also I’ve been doing a lot of online shopping. I did buy some cute things for my client and for myself that I wanted to share.

First, this adorable beach towel!

I bought these adorable lumbar pillows for my mud room and just LOVE them!

I’ve also been doing a little clothes shopping for myself and I bought some items, but these items are still in a cart waiting to be ordered. I just need to pull the trigger.

I LOVE the color of this top! It makes me SO happy!

I’ve been seeing tassel earrings everywhere lately and I’ve been dying to get a pair. And, these kinda rock and come in multiple colors!

I tried this Riad Layering Necklace on the other day and it rocked. It is fun, it’s a no brainer, meaning it’s layered for you so you don’t have to do the layering and it’s just a pretty necklace!
