Morning friends! How was your Labor Day? Ours was filled with family, friends and fun! The weather was not the best, we had a lot of rain…almost the entire weekend. It didn’t bother the boys too much because we spent the weekend with friends at their beach house. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the waves crashing, it was amazing. We also managed to have one adults night and enjoy fun cocktails and shuffleboard at the Americano in Mt. Pleasant. I have to say, we had a blast.

Yesterday, I was honored to be a part of Jenna Burgers “Creating a meaningful home” series. It was so fun, hope y’all check it out!

OK y’all, I’m going to need to apologize because this one may be kitchen heavy because I’m working on a project where I need to renovate that kitchen and bathroom. I have some cool tricks up my sleeve for this one, but in the meantime I want to share some inspiration that has my brain spinning.

First I LOVE the all of this tile on the wall. It’s just a great statement piece, very New York-ish to me and I wish I could do it in a project soon.

This bright space to me is fabulous. I love having my windows and doors open and unfortunately between bugs & humidity there’s a small window of opportunity, pun intended, for me to have that. Basically what I’m saying, this open door situation isn’t happening here in Charleston. I love the size of this space and that it extends into the outdoor. And the bookcase, lovely.

The kitchen that I’m working on is somewhat of a galley, not exactly. Everything is one side, but it’s a long narrow kitchen.

OK, I couldn’t resist sharing this kitchen. Even though mu client wants white and bright I can’t help but swoon over this one!

Y’all this bathroom is darling! If I had a girl, her bathroom would look like this one. I love the vanity so much!

Let’s change gears to some home accessories.

I used this mirror in a dining room project and I love it! I bought it locally but found it online recently! Score!

Rebecca Wall Mirror

This art is so simple but colorful and would work in so many spaces, I need it for my bathroom!

This pendant is so pretty. It adds a wow factor in a simple way and it’s affordable! If you want to add brass to your kitchen, this light is a great way to do so.

Hammered Pendant

Before I forget, this is when I purchase all of next years outdoor items. For example this hammock is on sale and I’m thinking we need it for our front porch. It’s a good price and it’s so cute. I can get it now and leave it in the garage or probably get some use out of it for a couple more months before I put it away for winter.

Magnolia Casual Latte Hammock

And, of course I cannot leave y’all without my fashion finds.

If you don’t have a pink coat, I would recommend this one. I get so many compliments on my pink coat when I wear it. It looks great dressed up or down.

Women's Guess Double Breasted Coat

Well, that’s it for today friends. Enjoy your short week and see you soon!

I love helping people successfully find and perfect their dream homes in Charleston. This is why I'm dedicated to home selling, buying, decorating, designing and remodeling.
