Happy Tuesday friends! I have so much loveliness to share with you so let’s jump right into it!

There is so much goodness in this kitchen. The white subway tiles, the floating shelves, the island, the large windows…you get my point. I don’t have a lot of windows in my kitchen but for our next home I promise to correct that problem! I love this so much!

So, there’s no denying I love clothes, fashion and a good deal. I have loved the Valentino studded heels for a long time, but I’m not a girl who would pay that kind of price tag for shoes. However, I will happily by a look alike pair for $24 and this is good! I bought two pairs!

I’m hoping to take the boys up to NYC this summer. My cousin is buying a brownstone in Brooklyn and renovating and I’m chomping at the bit to see it. So, of course I started searching for inspiration and stumbled across this lovely room. The Brownstones remind me of Charleston because they’re usually narrow and tall. Here’s a quick little history video of the Brownstone. (because y’all know I love history)

Y’all I have an obsession with rompers. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an easy way to get dressed without too much thought or it’s nostalgic because I used to have these when I was growing up. Either way, this punched-out eyelet romper is so cute!

We just installed these cafe lights and I just sit on the porch and stare at them. It makes me so happy to think of the fun summer we are going to have entertaining our friends!

Continuing on with outdoor ideas. I have to say I’m kinda REALLY crushing on this umbrella. Seriously SO cute!

I’m sure you’re the same as I am, but every year I look forward to our garden. I love the boys going out there and picking fresh veggies and fruits. It reminds me of my garden growing up. Ours was always full of tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and more. And, I have to say it was always neatly arranged. Our garden seems a little crammed and over grown. I really want to redo our garden this year and aim to give it a look like this.

So, not to get totally side tracked, but I’m still talking garden. I don’t know if it’s a southern thing, but I love a tomato pie. Do y’all eat that? We never had it growing up. Being a southern transplant and marrying a true southerner, I was introduced to it. It is one of my favorite dishes in the summer. I can’t share our family recipe, I had to marry to get it ;-), but I will share this one from Paula Deen.

Now, if we are still drooling over this tomato pie, we need to pretend we are enjoying it on beautiful dishware. Oh my dishware needs updating so badly, but I have so many other items that are more important that I need to spend money on. However, if I didn’t, I would add this to my list of beautiful plates that I would be interested in.

And to finish off with the outdoors. I would love to dine in this space with friends. It looks so cozy and welcoming! I can see myself sitting here for hours. My girlfriends and I would be laughing, talking about usual girl talk of marriage, kids and whatever suits. Drinking wine, nibbling on amazing cheese, appetizers and some desserts. And of course, y’all would be invited. Happy times!

Cheers friends and happy Tuesday! Wishing you happy thoughts for an amazing day!

I love helping people successfully find and perfect their dream homes in Charleston. This is why I'm dedicated to home selling, buying, decorating, designing and remodeling.

I’ve been wanting the Valentino rock studs forever too, but couldn’t justify the price. Your hyperlink is broken, and I need this badly!! Let me know where to get these. Love the history of the Brownstones too, and the tomato pie, and pretty dishes…one of my fave all around posts!
