One Room Challenge Week 4

OK, now it’s going too fast for me! If you missed week 1, week 2 or week 3 – check them out! I’m disappointed to say I don’t have anything exciting to show this week. The biggest change is the new windows. It is so much brighter and fresher now in this room! It’s amazing how much light can change a space.

My painters pushed us back to Friday, which stinks because I will be on my way to New York City with some girlfriends. So, I will have to wait until Sunday to make sure I’m pleased with the paint.

Surely they can’t mess up painting my trim white and my walls another shade of white, right? Let’s hope not. I honestly cannot remember what color white it is because my husband picked it. He did ask me what color I wanted, and I told him which family to choose from, but that was all because I was walking into a massage and was really focused on that! All I know is that it’s one of these shades of white. πŸ˜‰

Finally, if you follow me on Instagram you may already have seen the reason why I jumped in on the Linking One Room Challenge. Let’s just say it’s because we added this door…

What's behind the mystery, unpainted, unfinished door?

And, then, let’s say we may have added this behind the door…

Behind the door- I need door knob stat!

Thanks y’all for reading, and I hope you come back next week to see if my painters actually show up to paint. Happy Thursday!

I love helping people successfully find and perfect their dream homes in Charleston. This is why I'm dedicated to home selling, buying, decorating, designing and remodeling.
