One Room Challenge Week 3 and eh hmmm maybe 2 as well

One Room Challenge Week 3 and eh hmmm maybe 2 as well

I’m SO behind….I missed last week. I was literally working 12 hours day from Tuesday through Friday, it was so hectic that my in- laws had to come in and help!

Anyway, so I missed week two’s reveal and so I’m going to mush it together with week 3. I unfortunately got little done. But, that’s the fun of this One Room Challenge isn’t it?

I did paint the walls white, it’s so much brighter in here! And, I know you can’t tell, but I did a good amount of purging, obviously there’s still a lot more to go!

And, here are plans that I’ve drawn for the blank walls with the tv. This is going to be one big ‘ol DIY. I think I may have bitten off more then I can chew with this idea!

So here’s my list:

Order rattan swing

Order wallpaper

Order bookshelves

Start building the shelves for the back wall.

Install wallpaper

Find lighting

Hang chair

Scramble and figure out what else I want to do (typical)

I love the pressure and stress of this. I honestly work so much better under pressure.

So, stay tuned as I try some decor magic and pray I make it to the end, ha!

Thanks for dropping in!

Hey, the fact that you had to work those kind of hours last week is NO JOKE. I love how light and bright it looks and those built in bunks are so cute! I missed those before. You’ll get it, no problem!

Girl, I’ve never known you when you weren’t juggling a million things. I know this is going to be a fabulous space for you and your boys, even if it takes a little longer than you’d planned. Stop teasing with those shelf plans–so awesome!!! Love you!
