I’m writing you from the bloggers design conference here in Atlanta. It’s been so fun so far! I cannot wait to share more soon!

So, let’s talk about this room. When my client called and asked me to help refresh her space, it looked like this.

It has a great focal point, the fireplace and it was covered in shiplap, love it! But, we needed a good design, some color and seating.

The walls were painted decorators white by Benjamin Moore. We added additional shiplap on each side of the fireplace. I decorated it with some fun prints. And…..this is how it turned out.

We ordered these chairs from Joss and Main and had the re-upholstered. We love the shape but did not love the fabric.

And we had these little benches custom made.

This coffee table was the perfect size, color and shape.

To save money, we had a slip covered made for her old sofa and these pillows made as well.

It has a fun coastal vibe with the blues, white and shiplap. The pops of pink add that little bit of fun as well! And, most importantly my client is super happy.
