I don’t know about y’all but my porch is begging for me to give it a good pressure washing so that we can enjoy family time on it again.

I can’t believe I’m about to tell you what I did, but I am. We sold our custom sectional. Yes, as in the one below.

Our very well loved and very used back porch

Last spring my husband decided to give our porch a major cleaning and removed all the furniture outside. He left it in the rain and it took the paint off and messed up the sectional. So, this spring, he was about to do the same and staring at the sectional said, “I don’t feel like painting this thing- get something else.” Without hesitation I calmly respond, “Oh ok if you say so” then walked away, waiting to make it back inside out of his sight to jump up and down.

I mean nothing was wrong with it and I definitely did not dislike it. But, sometimes it’s nice to get a green light from the husband for a big purchase that you weren’t planning on doing. I mean I get to spend money on something fun which may lead to more changes?

So, the search began for the right sofa and I just had to share these fabulous outdoor spaces.
