Hey friends! Sorry I’ve been MIA. I’ve got a lot on my mind right now. I have a new listing, I have buyers coming in town to do some house shopping and I’ve got 3 decorating projects that I’m working on. So, I’ve been on the internet a lot looking at products, houses and inspiration that I thought was worth sharing. (Oh and of course with this warm weather you know I’ve been doing a little online shopping too)

So, let’s commence with Top 10 Tuesday shall we?

I’ve been thinking about our playroom that needs serious love. And this room caught my attention because we already have built in bunkbeds in the space. I mean the rails, amazing! This is a dream space!

I posted this on instagram. I want this situation at my house. I can see myself laughing and having fun sitting in these with the family or even when I have the girls over. I mean it has a place for your drink. Winner!

Ok one more kids room. I mean whhaattt? This is nuts, but nuts in an AMAZING way!!! If I were a kid and this was my space I would be on cloud nine!

Y’all this chair is gorgeous. I posted the green version on instagram but I think the blue is fabulous too!

Back to that love of white. This kitchen makes my heart skip a beat. I love the breakfast nook, the built-ins with the tv, the curved archways and I can go on.

I LOVE this skirt and I want it and I may have ordered it!

This white home is stunning! The black roof, the porches, the doors, the dormers, the yard and the lanterns!
