Morning friends! I hope y'all had an amazing weekend! Ours was filled with friends and family galore. The weather was absolutely amazing and I hate that it's over already. Especially since this week I have a ton of work, I'm attending the Southern C and I have a wedding on Saturday. I'm going to say it's a safe bet that this week will go by in a blink of an eye! I was staring at my foyer the other day and thinking how I would change it. I could redo a room in our house every 6 months if it

Morning y'all! I'm excited to have another fabulous guest on my "guess who's dropping in for coffee" series. Dominique from Comfy Cozy Couture was another great find via Instagram. I loved her home, her style and her hair, yes all of it is amazing! I began reading her blog, looking at her work and really wanted to get to know this stylish new mama. So, grab your morning beverage of choice and come join me for a fun read with some pretty eye candy too! 1.How or why did Comfy Cozy Couture start? CCC started when the Mr. and

Remember that time last week I said on instagram that I posted a Top 10 but I really didn't post but thought I did?!?! That was literally hours before I was hit with a stomach bug that put me out of commission for 48 hours, I blame that for my mishap. Anyway, sorry about that one. I will definitely double check this week to make sure it posts before I announce it on Instagram. That being said

I really love the trend of gallery walls. No, not trend because gallery walls have been around a long time, but more so the one's that are mixing items vs. all art or photos. Do you know what I mean? We had a gallery wall above my sofa for a long time. Twelve 8x10 photos of the kids and the family lined up symmetrically. Then I changed paint colors and the wall no longer worked. I took it down and replaced it with two pieces of art that my amazing friend Ann created for me. But, I yearned for

Hi friends! I've been running around crazy trying to wrap several projects while getting new listings and taking out buyers too. Then, our home was hit with a stomach bug and my poor baby got it. It kills me when my babies are sick. I stocked up on probiotics for the entire family. Praying no one else gets it. That being said, I've been behind in blog posts but my mind is full of DIY and design tips. I'm going to try and dedicate a day to my laptop and answer emails, blog posts and anything else I need

I'm excited to have Melaine from My Sweet Savannah. Melaine was one of the first instagram accounts I discovered. I began reading her blog and was in hooked. I love all different design styles. So, it's fun to be inspired by her and what I could a rustic style. Her home is welcoming, cozy and stylish. Her DIY projects are fun and fabulous. So, let's get to know Melaine, shall we? 1.Did you study interior design do you have an interior design background? I do not have an interior design background but have always been interested in it, and have

Good morning friends! It's a crazy week for me, 2 posts in one week and it's only Tuesday? ;-) I did spend the weekend being obsessive and cleaning the entire house and re-organizing it so that I could get my work load under control and back in order. Now that I'm organized for now I can get some posts together, I hope! I love pictures. I have a photography background and pictures to me say so much. They inspire me, get the wheels in my brain working and make me happy. That's why I really love a top 10

Mornin' friends! I have a fun treat for y'all today. Another guest on my "Guess who's dropping in for coffee" series. It's the insanely talented Sarah Dorsey. Like many of my guests, I discovered her via Instagram, followed her, checked out the blog and couldn't get enough. So, curious to learn more about her and where this great eye for design started, I asked to drop on by. I hope you enjoy this fun read with me! 1. Did you study interior design in college? Yes, I have my MFA in Interior Design from George Washington University. 2. How did

Hey friends! Sorry I've been MIA. I've got a lot on my mind right now. I have a new listing, I have buyers coming in town to do some house shopping and I've got 3 decorating projects that I'm working on. So, I've been on the internet a lot looking at products, houses and inspiration that I thought was worth sharing. (Oh and of course with this warm weather you know I've been doing a little online shopping too) So, let's commence with Top 10 Tuesday shall we? I've been thinking about our playroom that needs serious love. And

If you are in the market for a great family home in Summerville, then you probably want to take a look at The Ponds. It's a fairly new neighborhood - built around 2006 - with great access to close amenities like the YMCA, neighborhood clubhouse and pool. I have a newly listed home in The Ponds - 125 Musket Loop. It's a 2,321 sqft home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths priced at $265,000. This home was kept in great shape, it's move-in ready and shows really well. I love the many upgrades found throughout like the granite kitchen and
